Jay-Z and Beyoncé with their adorable daughter Blue Ivy were snapped dining together in Paris today, where they were spotted looking relaxed and content as they enjoyed lunch together. 

Jay-Z‘s other half let her long locks down and wore minimal makeup for the afternoon outing, sporting casual attire and smiling as she held her daughter close.

Of course, Jay and Bey’s 15-month-old bundle of joy was killing us with cuteness (just look at those curls!) as the hands-on mom carried her little girl around the restaurant.

She really isn’t making this easy on herself.

Most women use being pregnant as a time to relax, slip into a kaftan or two and forget about the rigours of fashion, but not Kim Kardashian.

Our reality doyenne not only insists on wearing non-maternity gear but clothes that would be difficult to wear at the best of times.

The 32-year-old, who is expecting her first child with Kanye West, excelled herself on Wednesday in a voluminous short black dress that looked neither comfortable nor flattering.

It was too short for comfort and the strapping shoe boots Kim paired it with just exacerbated this.

But when she was climbing up some steps – with a protective Kanye thankfully behind her – Kim’s attempts to hold down the skirt didn’t help the fact that it was also very transparent.

Something that Kanye, 35, was obviously all too aware of.

Clint Eastwood‘s wife Dina has checked herself into rehab for help with depression and anxiety.

Dina, who stars in her own reality show with Clint’s daughter Francesca — “Mrs. Eastwood & Company” — entered an exclusive facility in Arizona … sources close to the family says.

It was reported that she is NOT being treated for substance abuse.

Clint and Dina have been married since 1996 and have a 16-year-old daughter, Morgan, who also stars in the reality show.

Clint is no stranger to the treatment facility circuit – He’s a major donor to a hospital in Monterey, CA … which named its youth program after him. The program specializes in teen drug, alcohol and mental health issues.

Rick Ross is struggling with business relationships lately — first he’s dumped by Reebok … now a Florida tour booker says the rapper stiffed them … after YEARS of working together.

Total Access Talent filed a lawsuit in a Miami federal court this week … saying Rick Ross Touring hired it to book and organize a month’s worth of Florida dates starting last November … but never paid the 10% commission.

Which is really weird … because Total Access says it’s been booking Rick’s tours since 2004 without incident. The lawsuit says they were so comfortable doing business … and always been paid … that they arranged the tour with a verbal agreement.

But Total Access says this time, Ross’ camp did an end-around after the company already set up opening acts (Meek Mill, Machine Gun Kelly, Wale, to name a few), arranged dates, prepared contracts etc.

Total Access says Ross owes at least $171,000 in commissions. He couldn’t be reached for comment.

Times are a little tighter for Rick these days … as we earlier reported he stands to lose between $3 million and $5 million after Reebok ripped up his endorsement deal after his date-rape lyrics kicked up a storm.

Jessica Simpson‘s parents are officially single and free to mingle … their divorce is final … celebessence.com  has learned.

The judge’s final touches end a 34-year marriage … as for why the marriage fell apart — the speculation continues.

Tina cited “discord or conflict of personalities” when she hit Joe with the papers in Texas last year. Meanwhile, Joe became angry after some media speculated he was gay … and Joe fired back … calling the reports “ridiculous.”

Chaz Bono is looking better than ever these days!

The former Dancing With the Stars contestant tells People he’s shed a whopping 60 pounds and is “still slowly losing” weight.

So how did he  slim down? “I’ve just changed the way I eat,” he explains. “Diets don’t work. You just have to change what you eat, and I have.”

The 44-year-old says he cooks “a lot of different stuff,” and for the most part “really [avoids] grains and starches, so meats and vegetables and fruits are my diet. I make them all in different ways to keep it interesting.”

“I still enjoy dancing. I still take classes,” he says, noting that martial arts training is also part of his regimen.

Good for Chaz approaching weight loss in a healthy way. Clearly his hard work is paying off!

PSY continues to set records on YouTube.

The South Korean pop star hit another mark for viral views with his new single “Gentleman,” earning 38 million views in a single day as it set a blistering pace to 200 million views.

Kevin Allocca, YouTube’s trends manager, says “Gentleman” was viewed 38 million times on April 14, surpassing the single-day record of 30 million set by the “KONY 2012″ short film. It also holds the day-of-debut record with 18.5 million views.

PSY’s “Gangnam Style” is YouTube’s most-viewed video at 1.5 billion.

“Gentleman” reached 100 million views in four days and was approaching 204 million views Monday afternoon. It’s not clear if those are records, but it took “Gangnam Style” more than 50 days to reach 100 million views.

Reese Witherspoon‘s April 19 arrest might not have prevented her from attending the premiere of her new movie “Mud,” but it has stopped her from promoting it.

After not speaking with reporters during the event, Witherspoon has now pulled out of scheduled television appearances this week.

The Washington Post reports that Witherspoon had been slated to visit ”Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on April 23, but declined to appear. She also was supposed to film a pre-taped interview with ”Good Morning America” on April 22 that would air April 24, but that also was canceled.

It’s unsurprising that Witherspoon would choose to back out of the interviews because whoever does get a chance to sit down with the actress would inevitably ask her about her arrest for disorderly conduct.

Witherspoon has released her statement on the incident, and that’s likely as much as she’d like to discuss. But it’s a shame she’s denying “Mud” some much-needed press, as the film movie could only benefit from having her promote it — even if it is in light of her unsavory arrest.

Following Witherspoon’s arrest where she reportedly said things like “Do you know my name … you’re about to find out who I am” and “You are going to be on national news” to the arresting officer, she released a statement apologizing for her behavior.

“I clearly had one drink too many, and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation, and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am. I have nothing but respect for the police, and I’m very sorry for my behavior,” says Witherspoon in a statement.

Witherspoon’s disorderly conduct hearing is scheduled for May 22.

Kim Kardashian isn’t going to let a few divorces scare her off marriage.

In an interview with seacrest  Sunday night, the newly divorced reality star revealed that she would consider marrying again, despite her two previous failed attempts at marriage. (Kardashian’s first marriage, to record producer Damon Thomas, ended in 2004, after four years. Her split from Kris Humphries was finalized just about a week ago.)

“I do think I would get married again,” the 32-year-old star told seacrest. “That’s what I’ve always wanted. And just because you think you find it and you realize that’s not it, I think I was brave enough to realize that quickly and not waste time.”

“I found what I really wanted,” Kardashian added, referring to her year-long relationship with rapper Kanye West. “So I think I definitely do want that.”

Kardashian, who’s expecting her first child with West in July, isn’t the first divorced celeb who’s refused to let a few divorces dampen her belief in love and marriage.

Lauryn Hill, Grammy-winning singer of The Fugees, was expected to be sentenced in her tax evasion case this week, but it has been postponed after she failed to make any repayments, reports the AP. The presiding judge chastised the artist and called it a “criminal matter.”

“This is not someone who stands before the court penniless. Actions speak louder than words, and there has been no effort here to pay these taxes,” says Judge Madeline Arleo.

The sentencing has been postponed until May 6, at which time Hill could face up to three years in prison. So far she has only paid $50,000 of the $500,000 she promised to pay when she was charged with willfully failing to file her taxes from 2005 to 2007, during which time she had nearly $2 million in income.

Her attorney says she will make full restitution before the rescheduled sentencing.

Hill may have another problem on her hands — there was report over the weekend that her New Jersey landlord is trying to have her evicted.
