Mariah Carey Upset Over Nicki Minaj’s Being Considered As A Judge On American Idol

Twin mom Mariah Carey is not impressed that American Idol producers are considering Nick Minaj as judge for the talent hunt show.

According to report from multiple sources, Mariah, 42, was said to have hung up the phone when she was told about the possibility of another woman joining her on the judges table.

However, a spokeswoman for Mariah denied the claims, insisting: ‘This is not true. Mariah is too much of a lady to ever do such a thing.’

The news comes amid claims that American Idol bosses are struggling to decide on the best way to sort out the panel with Randy Jackson being given another role on the show is considered as an option.

It this option pulls through, then a new male judge will be chosen to give the panel an all-fresh face outlook. Another option is to keep Randy as a judge to be able use his wealth of experience in assisting the rookies coming on board.
