The 29-year-old rapper (yes that’s her real age) has been long rumored to have gone under the knife for a number of plastic surgery procedures! And while Nicki has softly denied the plastic surgery rumors in past interviews, we have her before and after photos that prove otherwise!
In the above pic, you can clearly see that Nicki, real name Onika Maraj, has had either butt implants or butt injections has her errr assets looks to have tripled in size while her overall weight stayed the same.
Based on the pictures below, we also suspect Nicki has had a nose job and breast implants to match her new booty. But we’ll let you be the judge!

People give you crap if you’re fat, ugly, too skinny, too dark, too nappy, titties too small, too everything. However, when you try to improve your looks( even if it is through surgery) people still give you crap. I’m not a fan but the chick had surgery and she came out looking nice. Her ass is a little larger than life, but hey she’s a performer. She’s suppose to be larger than life. I say who gives a fuck. She looks nice. I guess she is healthy. whatever. She should just do away with those cartoon wigs. They’re not aesthetically pleasing.

He could have made it a little less detectable and then you all wouldn’t b looking up her @ss like that. I went for lipo on my stomach and he doctor wanted to transfer the fat to my butt and I got a big @ss. The before and after shots he showed me looks just like her. Because her waist is so time it makes it more noticeable. Nonetheless, she is still beautiful. It must have been hard for her to compete with all those full booties girls in the hip hop world because even though she was born beautiful I do see a flat before, I imagine it’s hard to shake a flat.
