Eric Johnson Postpones Wedding To Jessica Simpson Over Baby Weight Issues

Despite the exhaustive workout regime and the added pressure of the $4 million deal with Weight Watchers, Jessica Simpson is still finding it hard to shift the pregnancy pounds since giving birth two months ago. Based on new reports, Jessica’s inability to lose to weight has resulted in her fiance Eric Johnson, toying with the idea of postponing the wedding.

According to an insider who spoke with OK! Magazine

“He’s doing it because he cares about her,” adding further  “Eric says the pressure to get thin is playing havoc with Jessica’s mood swings — she gets super-short-tempered and emotional.

“He thinks she needs to get through her deal with Weight Watchers, then have a prolonged period to chill out and be with their baby. He’s worried that she might get sick.”

Having ballooned to nearly 200 pounds during her pregnancy, the once petite Jessica not only has to suffer the indignity of being fat in image conscious Hollywood, Eric feels they should postpone the plans until things settle down and all the pressures are off.
